What to expect

Lifts stop Use the stairs, and avoid stepping into a lift in the minutes before a scheduled window begins.
Mobile data still works The Wi-Fi router has no power, but the cell towers run on backup. Tether to your phone if you need to be online.
Keep the fridge shut An unopened fridge holds its cold for hours. Opening it repeatedly is what spoils food.
Charge things beforehand Phone, power bank and laptop, plus a torch. Please do not use candles — see Staying safe.

MORE Power announces interruptions on Facebook, usually a day or two ahead. Notices are written in Hiligaynon and list the affected barangays. This building is in Brgy. Buhang Taft North, Mandurriao, on Megaworld Feeder 1 — if a notice names neither of those, it does not affect us.
